Meditation & Spiritual Guidance
Create balance by being present & connecting within.
Meditation is a Key Element in Your Journey
I don’t have all the answers.
But I know that every day of my life, I must keep asking questions.
Meditation is a practice. It’s an intentional act of stopping all the doing and learning to just be. It is not a specific act tied to a particular religion or culture; it is something for ALL of humanity. Or at least for the ones who would like to have a bit more peace and a bit more calm, and a bit more stillness in their lives
Meditation is the 7th limb of yoga. It’s our intentional act of being in the present moment. It’s also our noticing the patterns of thoughts that attempt to bring us away from that present moment… to the regrets of the past or the worries of the future. And it’s also our returning to that moment as those distractions are allowed to drift away.
If life is a fast-moving, tumultuous river, then meditation is the peaceful bank alongside it. Meditation can bring you a deeper connection to yourself, but it can also bring you a deeper connection to a force that is bigger than you. For some of you, that’s your God. For others, it’s nature. And for others, it’s a force in the universe that may not have a name. But the point is that your meditation practice will allow you to transcend the noise of this world so you can begin to listen to and connect with that force.
I am honored and humbled to guide you in a personal meditation practice. I am honored and humbled that you would allow me to share that space with you. And I am honored and humbled to share my light with you as we work together to help your light shine just as vibrantly.
